A Thursday, at work, not going anywhere and most of the day spent staring at my computer, either alone at my desk or in a meeting. Not a very exciting day for you!

I don’t have morning sickness, however coffee tastes disgusting these days. So I’m not only completely exhausted but can’t have a coffee.

This morning was especially noisy at work: the work group next to me was up to their usual antics, two people in my team were having noisy meetings at their desks, and someone was pounding on her keyboard insanely loudly (you know who you are!). Not even music would drown the sounds out. I found myself aggressively sucking on sour cherry lollies, as if eating all the lollies in the world would solve things. They didn’t, but they’re yum.

I wound up hunting down a spinach and cheese pide thing. Very similar to the spinach calzone I made last night and will have again tonight for dinner. I love spinach and would like to eat almost as much of it as sour cherry lollies.

I make some of my co-workers spend a few hours per day in a small airless room with me. It promotes grumpiness, so is apparently good for our health. news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/8339647.stm

This is what I spent my day doing; writing up issues. This is what I have spent the last couple weeks doing. This is what I’ll be doing for the next couple weeks. Sigh.

This is my view in front of my building while I wait for my husband to pick me up from work.

Our front garden is doing pretty good! We did a bunch of weeding last weekend (and it could use some more!), however the plants are so much better than the grass we used to have which always looked awful and was awkward to mow.

Lottie loves getting on a lap for a tummy rub. Usually it’s me who does this, so when the husband let her up into his lap for a pat I couldn’t resist a photo of them.

Aren’t leftovers the bestest? I made 2 huge spinach-y calzone last night, so my reward is dinner already made!
