A Thursday, at work, not going anywhere and most of the day spent staring at my computer, either alone at my desk or in a meeting. Not a very exciting day for you!

I don’t have morning sickness, however coffee tastes disgusting these days. So I’m not only completely exhausted but can’t have a coffee.

3 of 12: Noise Busters?

This morning was especially noisy at work: the work group next to me was up to their usual antics, two people in my team were having noisy meetings at their desks, and someone was pounding on her keyboard insanely loudly (you know who you are!). Not even music would drown the sounds out. I found myself aggressively sucking on sour cherry lollies, as if eating all the lollies in the world would solve things. They didn’t, but they’re yum.

I wound up hunting down a spinach and cheese pide thing. Very similar to the spinach calzone I made last night and will have again tonight for dinner. I love spinach and would like to eat almost as much of it as sour cherry lollies.

I make some of my co-workers spend a few hours per day in a small airless room with me. It promotes grumpiness, so is apparently good for our health. news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/8339647.stm

This is what I spent my day doing; writing up issues. This is what I have spent the last couple weeks doing. This is what I’ll be doing for the next couple weeks. Sigh.

This is my view in front of my building while I wait for my husband to pick me up from work.

Our front garden is doing pretty good! We did a bunch of weeding last weekend (and it could use some more!), however the plants are so much better than the grass we used to have which always looked awful and was awkward to mow.

Lottie loves getting on a lap for a tummy rub. Usually it’s me who does this, so when the husband let her up into his lap for a pat I couldn’t resist a photo of them.

Aren’t leftovers the bestest? I made 2 huge spinach-y calzone last night, so my reward is dinner already made!

Looks like the “Old Time” Strawberry Shortcake.

Hope it lives up to advance billing.

Is #6 a “legitimate photo”? Jes’ wondrin’.

Glad hear you’re not having morning sickness. And glad to see that Scott, Lottie and your garden are also thriving.
    Love Helen

Looks like a “normal day” and that’s fine for 12 of 12… That’s going to be my excuse, anyway!

I think I have to try to get out of the habit of taking pictures of so many objects and do more “places”. I always look forward to the photos around Hobart. (Ooh is that a Defender 110 in pic #4? Bonus points. ;^)

When you changed over I think I was kicked off – Karen was telling me about your photos and I said I hadn’t received anything so she forwarded. The discussion between KC and me centered on the spinach – mutual love affair, the beautiful spring growth in the yard, and hoping that one day (via winning the lotto or some such stroke of really good luck) they are able to make it to TAS and visit with you, Scott, and the wee-one and Lotti, and hike, and cook, and laugh and just hang out. xoxoxo me

Hi – I don’t comment on many sites but had to on yours. It’s very well-done! I really like how you write – very to the point, unlike a lot of other sites. I don’t have time to read everything here right now, I found your site while looking for something else on Yahoo. But I’ve bookmarked your homepage and will visit it regularly to read your latest postings. Thanks for having this site. I love reading other sites about other people who geocache. It’s such an enjoyably activity – my wife and I have been participating in it for several years now. I’ll bookmark your site and visit regularly. Visit my site if you’d like to read more. Thanks again for a very educational site!
