Day 4: San Francisco

Just a quick post about the day to fill you in until we can write with more detail!  Today David and Maria took us to San Francisco, where we first went to have Yum Cha in China Town.  Then we went to Golden Gate Park, where we walked around, enjoying the Conservatory of Flowers, rose garden, arboritum, etc.  Then we went to see the San Fransisco Giants play the Chicago Cubs!  It was a very well attended game – 39,656 spectators I believe – despite being a Wednesday evening game as Barry Bond will be equalling Babe Ruth’s home run record (he’s already surpassed that of his godfather, Willie Mays).  David’s a star and had been instructing Scott on the rules of the game (and refreshing Disa’s knowledge of the game), so Scott knew what was going on en enjoyed it all the more for it!  Barry Bonds didn’t hit a homer, and the Cubs won rather decisively, however it was still a fabulous day!!!
