12 photos taken on the 12th of June. As usual with these, it wasn’t an exciting day. This month documents another typical work day.

1 of 12: Heading Downstairs

According to Lottie, love means not trusting someone to go downstairs without waiting for them at the turn in the stairs.  You never know – leaving the bedroom may have been a trick to get rid of her and I might have rushed back into bed without her!!

And yes, my dog is wearing a hoodie.  A dog hoodie.  What can I say other that it’s winter in Tasmania and my house is colder inside than outside.  No, that’s not a joke or an exaggeration!

This morning breakfast was crumpets, 1/2 with Vegemite and 1/2 with Tasmanian honey.  Yummy.

Lottie is quite happy to receive bribes when we leave for work.  She’s also happy with a flash straight into the eyes while getting a treat. The important part is the treat; poor princess! :-/

4 of 12: Hobart Rush Hour 4 of 12: Hobart Rush Minute

Scott driving away after dropping me off near my office.  It’s after 8 pm but the sun hasn’t really awoken.  We live at S42, so have long nights in the winter and long days in the summer.  Before the next 12 of 12 we’ll pass Longest Night.  The day will start to win again!

My work laptop was supposed to be replaced months ago.  Then 1 1/2 weeks ago a new laptop was delivered but nothing else done to it and the IT Services guy disappeared.  But at 4 pm on a Friday I finally a REAL Laptop Replacement Faery arrived – so I went beer shopping.  Cool Wine is quite close to my office and has a range of wines from clean skins to quite pricey and also has a good range of imported and domestic beers.  The Crackenback Pale Ale was on special and so I liberated some.

We were going out to dinner, so had too little time to get anything done but too much time not to do anything.  So I made certain GSAK was up to date so tomorrow when I got to SG-3’s place we could decide where to go caching.
